1. 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be returned in the same condition it was received
- Include proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. Starting a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team before sending any item back.

- The return address
- A return shipping label, if applicable
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item or size
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@raifax.store and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the situation and work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Incorrect sizes received
All exchanges depend on product availability. Shipping times for replacement items may vary based on your location.
5. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns. Eligible returns can be sent back without additional handling charges.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–7 business days
- In some cases, financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Promotions & Discount Codes
Discounts and promotional offers must be applied during checkout.
We cannot:
- Apply discounts after an order has been placed
- Refund the value of unused promo codes
- Adjust pricing for expired promotions
8. Non-Returnable Items
